Created NPC for deleted items

The server should have a NPC what can show you a window with the items you deleted just the same as you drag an item out of your inventory to delete it. For example you can listen to some music or talk to someone and not realise you unequeiped and item and deleted it by mistake. Also you can delete yang by mistake. This NPC should be able to be reached in map 1 next to general store for Retrieving the lost items. You can even call him Retriever , just like the dog breed
